Each year, the CJE designs a Training Plan that seeks to be a support and empowerment tool for CJE entities, increasing their training level and contributing to their own management improvement processes.
This design takes into account the needs expressed by the entities, the evaluations of previous years' editions, the pedagogical advice of the Training Exchange and the CJE's own strategic lines.
In order to meet these demands as closely as possible and try to reach as many people and organizations as possible, the CJE's training offer for 2022 is divided into three main lines of work.
Annual Program of Courses
Based on the analysis carried out, the CJE will organize various courses, both online and face-to-face, throughout 2022. To these can be added courses in the framework of other events such as the University of Youth and Development or the International Youth Meetings of Cabueñes. These courses are open to members and non-members.
Training and Facilitation Program in your Entity
This program is offered twice a year and enables entities to receive training or facilitation in strategic aspects of their activity, with the CJE assuming the cost of the training.
Training and Facilitation Support Program
In order to contribute to the strengthening of entities, the Council offers to serve as a bridge between entities and the CJE Training Exchange, to cover all their training and facilitation needs. This is an on-demand service, open to all entities and where the costs are assumed by the organizing entity.
All these trainings and facilitations are provided by the CJE Training Exchange, which is the group of young trainers, with
experience in associations or in youth participation processes and training practice, both accredited, working together to help the
Consejo de la Juventud de España developing the lines of training, non-formal education and process facilitation.
