Types of entities
The member entities are the core of the Spanish Youth Council. In this section you will find information about the youth councils and entities that are part of the CJE.
We have, which represent thousands of young people and are divided into three categories: Full Entities, Observer Entities and Entities with Collaboration and/or Participation Agreements.

As of right
Rights of full member entities.
1. Participate in all non-elected governing bodies with the corresponding number of delegates (up to 9), with the right to speak and vote.
2. To elect and be elected to the bodies of the Spanish Youth Council.
3. Participate in the activities organized by the Spanish Youth Council.
4. To have the possibility of participating in the activities in which the Spanish Youth Council takes part.
5. To have access to information and, upon request, to the documentation of the Spanish Youth Council.
6. To propose matters to the agenda of the General Assemblies and Executive Assemblies, these bodies deciding on their inclusion or not.
7. To make proposals for resolutions in the governing bodies.
8. To request the convening of such working and advisory bodies as it deems appropriate.
9. To consult at any time, upon request, the accounts and balance sheets of the Consejo de la Juventud de España.
10. To use, upon request, the infrastructure and services of the Spanish Youth Council.

By agreement
The Youth Council of Spain may establish collaboration agreements with those entities, public or private, or administrations with which it considers of interest for the achievement of its functions. It may also enter into agreements with structured social movements that do not have the corresponding registration. As well as collaborate and supportthose unstructured social movements that are of special interest.

How to join us?
From the CJE we are in favor of strengthening youth organizations as valid representatives and interlocutors, so we work actively to expand the number of entities that are part of the council and continue to expand the structure of the Youth Councils throughout the territory.
The incorporation as a member entity of the Youth Council of Spain, shall be initiated with a formal request for membership application that can be submitted at any time and must be accompanied by the documentation required in article thirteen of our rules of organization and internal operation (ROFI).

Support to entities
The Consejo de la Juventud de España (CJE) offers a service of accompaniment and technical legal support for the creation of youth organizations and regional youth councils and to support them in the problems they may encounter.
We offer a personalized and specialized accompaniment service , carried out by experts with associative experience who work together to help the council in the development of training and facilitation lines.
